We are here in the heart of the Layon hillsides, in the village of Saint Lambert on the left bank. In this wine, we blend different terroirs of schist from our village. Anjou En Chenin expresses all the personality of our terroirs of schist from the Layon in dry conditions. Our terroirs naturally give a lot of power to the Chenin with its great bitterness. We interpret it in a style of finesse and tension without over-maturity or residual sugar.
